Q: Can I order directly from Showerite?

A: No, Showerite does not sell directly to the public. We utilize a network of highly knowledgeable distributors.

Q: How can I find a distributor in my area?

A: Simply contact our Customer Service Department. Plumbers and contractors will be put in touch with the nearest wholesale distributor. For you "do-it-yourselfers", we can refer you to a retailer in the neighborhood.

Q: Where can I find replacement parts?

A: Most dealers don't carry replacement parts. Simply contact our Customer Service Department (click here) and we will ship your parts directly from the factory. In most cases we will need your model number & part number in order to assure that you get the right parts.

Q: The door I want isn't shown with the Frame or Glass I want, can I get it?

A: We understand that you may not have found that perfect combination of frame finish & glass style. Please contact your local retailer to determine product availability.

Q: How do I measure my opening?

A: Showerite deals only with "finished centerline" dimensions. Measure along the center of the ledge where the door will fit. All tile and trim should be in place before measuring. We recommend against measuring an unfinished opening and making adjustments for tile etc.

Q: Does Showerite warranty it's products?

A: YES!! We have Lifetime Warranty against any Defects in material or workmanship. Certain Limitations apply

Q: How do I care for (clean) my Showerite Door?

A: The only commercial cleaner we recommend is Comet^© All Purpose Bathroom Spray. Use of any other material or cleanser can damage the finish and/or glass and will void the warranty.
